Dustin and I entered a virtual 5K through JDRF. During the days of June 24th through 27th you run or walk 3.1 miles wherever you live. It's like a big WALK all over the United States!
Our 5K coincided with our To Bone and Back Relay Race on Saturday, June 25th.
As Tara put it, "Lets show Type 1 Diabetes who is boss. There has to be some answers out there for why this disease happens and how to cure it. There just has to be a better way so, lets get the money they need to do the research and find a cure/solution."
