I just found your blog through JDRF. You're doing a great job! My son is T1 - just about to our 2 year mark now. We have tried agave nectar and have a great recipe book using agave nectar. I've tried a few recipes, and everyone has loved them.

I have agave nectar, and a recipe book to help use it. I've tried a few recipes and they are great. LOVE the strawberry jam recipe. I made freezer jam out of it.
