JDRF Walk Booth

This weekend was the Roaring Youth Jam, a 3 day event sponsored by the Arts Council. It's a family festival of art, theater, and music for all ages. The JDRF was able to secure a booth to promote the Walk for the Cure on September 12. Our family volunteered for a 3 hour shift to hand out pamphlets and spread awareness.

Lainey had more fun playing and painting xylophones than handing out pamphlets.

...and more fun swinging hula hoops.

Daddy and Libbs hangin' out.

It looks like it was such a beautiful day!

Maybe I need to volunteer more, it seems I'm the one missing out on all the fun when I don't!
